Preface
Lord, our Father, all powerful and living God, we do well always and everywhere
to give you thanks through Jesus Christ our Lord. Just as the whole nation
celebrates this most awaited new year, we are most grateful for the whole
creation and the changing seasons that prompt us to reject the old and
put on the new so that through Christ, we may acquire new life and progress
at all times following your teachings. And so with the angels and saints
of heaven we sing our joyful hymn of praise.
